DATA_ART_3777999_BIG_CEDe acuerdo con la resolucion 00019346 del 20 de noviembre de 2014, la empresa habria incurrido en varias faltas relacionadas con infracciones de transito de sus conductores, hechos que habrian sido omitidos a la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte.

Otro de los hechos imputados a la cooperativa de transporte tiene que ver con el presunto vencimiento de las tarjetas de operacion de varios de sus vehiculos y por remitir de forma extemporanea al Ministerio de Transporte la informacion del fondo de reposicion.

El organismo de control, luego de revisar dichos hallazgos determino que estos ostentan la calidad de violacion de normas de transporte, puesto que se dirigen directamente a una empresa prestadora del servicio publico de transporte.

Apelacion

La empresa apelo la resolucion por medio de la cual se le obliga a pagar esta sancion, alegando la caducidad de la sancion.

Segun el recurso interpuesto por la empresa, la accion o contravencion de las normas de transito caduca a los seis meses, contados a partir de la ocurrencia de los hechos que dieron origen a la misma.
